Rates

Child/youth autism spectrum evaluation (ages 3+): $2215

Adult autism spectrum evaluation (ages 19+): $2425

Child ADHD evaluation (ages 3-18): $2150

Adult ADHD evaluation (ages 19+): $2250

Learning disability/differences evaluations: $200/hour, total variable depending on question

Insurance

I am not paneled with any insurance company at this time.  If you wish to try to use your insurance, you are encouraged to request a prior authorization for an evaluation from your insurer.  I am happy to provide the codes and identifiers insurance companies typically require in advance as well as a document upon completion of the evaluation that you may need to substantiate your claim.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment, including health savings accounts.
